Our Purpose
The Food Bank ministry is an expression of Christ's love in action. We collect food donations from our congregation and community partners, then carefully prepare and distribute monthly food packages to families facing financial hardship. Beyond meeting physical needs, we build relationships with each family, offering prayer, encouragement, and the hope of the Gospel. Every bag of groceries is a reminder that God sees and cares.
What We Do
Each month, our dedicated team collects food donations, sorts and organizes them, and prepares carefully balanced food packages for distribution. On distribution days, volunteers welcome families, pray with them, and hand-deliver packages with dignity and love. We also organize special holiday food drives during Christmas and Easter, providing extra supplies and treats for families to celebrate. Our team visits families regularly to check on their well-being and offer additional support as needed.
Our Impact
The Food Bank has provided thousands of food packages to families in desperate need across the Beirut area. For many families, this monthly provision is a lifeline that helps them survive Lebanon's economic crisis. Beyond food, families have experienced the love of Christ through every interaction — many have joined the church, found hope in the Gospel, and become volunteers themselves, giving back to the community that supported them.
