Who We Are
We are a community of believers passionate about helping people discover the hope found in Jesus Christ. At Holy Spirit Church, we emphasize biblical truth, spiritual growth, and living out faith practically. Our aim is to see lives transformed by God's grace and anchored in a relationship with Christ.

Our Story
God has been faithful to us throughout the years, and from the very beginning His guiding hand has been clear among us. Holy Spirit Church was originally founded in Beirut, Lebanon, in 1997 by Pastor Magdi Basta following a clear calling from God. Since then, he and his wife, Grace Basta, have faithfully pastored the church. Over the years, God has blessed us with multiple campuses across Lebanon and internationally. We remain deeply grateful for all that the Lord has done and expectant for what He will continue to do in the future.
What We Believe
Our faith is rooted in the timeless truths of God's Word
Bible
We believe the Bible is the inspired and infallible Word of God, the complete revelation of His will and the final authority for faith, doctrine, and Christian living. It is the foundation upon which our beliefs, teaching, and conduct are established.
God
We believe in one eternal God — Father, Son, and Holy Spirit — Creator of heaven and earth, who revealed Himself fully through Jesus Christ for the redemption of humanity. Through His grace, salvation is offered by faith in Christ, and the Holy Spirit actively renews, empowers, and guides believers to live in holiness and faithful witness.
Church
We believe the Church is the body of Christ, called to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, and live in holiness. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, the Church fulfills the Great Commission and awaits the return of our Lord Jesus Christ.
